Aktivitas fisik yang teratur bisa juga mengurangi energi negatif yang kamu rasakan. Berikut ini contoh aktivitas fisik yang bisa kamu lakukan seperti berjalan-jalan kecil, olahraga ringan, dan lain sebagainya,<\/p>\n<p>Kamu bisa memperbaiki kebiasaan makan menjadi lebih teratur. Karena makan-makanan yang bergizi baik dapat memberikan kamu energi positif untuk menghadapi kondisi yang kurang nyaman.<\/p>\n<p>Jangan lupa juga menjaga kebiasaan tidurmu agar lebih teratur, ya!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2.Meningkatkan Keterampilan dalam Berkomunikasi Perihal Stres yang Dialami<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Saat kamu sedang mengalami keadaan yang sulit, terkadang kamu kesulitan mengatakan kepada orang lain mengenai perasaan yang sedang kamu rasakan. Kamu perlu berkomunikasi dengan orang terdekatmu.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, sampaikan apa yang kamu rasakan seperti menjelaskan perasaan marah, kesal, frustrasi, dan mengekspresikan kesedihan.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka akan memahami hal tersebut dan tidak akan menghakimi perasaan negatif yang sedang kamu rasakan.\u00a0 Pada akhirnya mereka akan berusaha merangkulmu dan membuat kamu tenang.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3.Memperoleh dukungan dari keluarga dan teman maupun ahli kesehatan mental untuk Mengurangi Stres<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Saat menghadapi kondisi yang tidak nyaman dan memberikan dampak negatif pada diri sendiri, kamu bisa mencari dukungan dari keluarga dan teman.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu bisa menumpahkan beban pikiran yang kamu pikirkan saat ini. Melalui bercerita dengan orang terdekat, kamu bisa memperoleh dukungan emosional, lo!<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, kamu juga bisa meminta solusi terkait permasalahan yang sulit kamu pecahkan sendiri jalan keluarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila dukungan yang kamu dapatkan dari keluarga dan teman dirasa belum cukup membantu, kamu bisa mencari dukungan psikologis ke ahli kesehatan mental seperti psikolog.
